Unfortunately, nearly all supervisors, leaders or managers periodically find themselves in the situation of having to deal with employees from hell. Supervising such an employee can leave even the most seasoned supervisor shaking in his/her boots.  Based on the discomfort, the supervisor often takes the path of least resistance and either (1) ignores the problem or (2) devises methods of working around the problems caused by the employee, both of which inevitably create additional problems.

Individuals who attend this webinar and correctly apply the methods taught will be able to:

  • Reduce the number of employees from hell who are hired,
  • Describe how to prepare for a meeting to address the problem the employee is causing,
  • List the steps in addressing problem behaviors
  • Describe the four things that happen when you fail to address inappropriate behavior, and
  • Significantly reduce the number of problems created by employees from hell.
